Stream Settings
In the Stream Settings tab, you can apply an individual stream setting to each recording type according to your needs and preference.
Recording Schedule
To apply a stream setting to a recording type:
- Select a stream setting respectively from Continuous, Motion Detection, Customize 1, Customize 2 drop-down menus.
- Click Save to apply the settings.

Advanced Continuous Recording
In this section, you can set up dynamically adjustable stream profiles for continuous recordings according to individual needs. Set a lower resolution when saving regular recordings, and for future analysis, switch to a higher resolution when a specified event occurs, allowing for more efficient use of storage while significantly saving storage costs.
To set up dynamic stream profile adjustment for the continuous recording type:
- Select Event Detection.
- Customize the conditions to switch stream profiles:
- Select one or more conditions from the Event Detection drop-down list.
- Select a stream setting from the Switch Profile drop-down list. The current stream setting will be switched to the one you specify here if any one of the selected conditions occurs.
Note:
- If the triggering event lasts too short, it may produce fractional files.
