Share your C2 Password items with a link. Sharing Activity allows you to monitor and manage your links. If you are a C2 Password Plus plan subscriber or Business plan administrator, this feature also helps you monitor links for shared vault items created by you or your users.

1. Choose to share the item via the C2 Password platform you want:
   • Web portal: Hover over the item and click the ⋮ icon > Share.
   • Mobile app: Tap the item and tap the  share icon.
   • Extension: Click the item and click the ⋮ icon > Share.
2. You can choose the link expiration time if you're a Plus or Business plan user. After the link expires, you or the recipients can no longer access the link.
3. Grant link access.¹
4. Choose whether to select Limit to one view per email. If you select this while choosing Allow access to anyone with the link, the link can only be accessed once. If you select this while choosing Limit access to specific recipients, the link can only be accessed once via each specified email address.
5. Create and share your link.

To see links of your My Vault items

1. Go to the C2 Password web portal > Vault > Sharing Activity. This page displays a list of all your shared links. Links that are no longer accessible to recipients will remain on the list, including expired, disabled, and invalid ones.²
2. Hover over an active link to copy, disable, or preview it, or visit the item.³
3. Click an active link to see sharing details, including a list of emails that have accessed the link.

To see links of shared vault items

This only applies to Plus plan subscribers, Business plan administrators, and Business plan users with Manage permissions for the vault where the item is.

1. Go to the C2 Password web portal > Management > Sharing Activity.
2. Hover over an active link to disable or preview it.
