Controller
The Controller page displays crucial information of the controllers, such as connection status, hardware information, firmware version and more.
Controller information
- Controller: Viewing from the rear, you can see that Controller A is the one on the left and Controller B is on the right. The order here indicated the physical location of the controllers in the system.
- Controller Status: When the controller is powered on, the status is Online while the status would be Offline when the controller is not powered on or no controller is inserted.
- Uptime: How long the controller has been active.
- Serial Number: The serial number of the controller. This information is useful when you need to identify which controller is which, as the controllers look identical.
- Physical Memory: The size of memory module installed.
- CPU Temperature: The temperature of the CPU.
- Fan Status: If the fan is malfunctioning, it needs to be replaced to ensure the temperature of the system.
- Current Firmware Version: The version of firmware installed on the controller. The firmware version of the controllers must be identical. You may upgrade the firmware version by going to Control Panel > Update & Restore.
