The WordPress page is blank for unknown reasons. What should I do?

Purpose

This article shows how to fix the blank page issues for your WordPress website.

Sign in to WP Admin ("https://Your domain name/wordpress/wp-admin") and remove all your extensions.

If you have trouble signing in to WP Admin, please do the following:

Go to the following path to locate the folder "plugins":
- DSM 7.0: File Station > web_packages > wordpress > wp-content
- DSM 6.2: File Station > web > wordpress > wp-content
Rename the "plugins" folder to "plugins-bk".
Sign in to WP Admin.
Go back to File Station and change the "plugins-bk" folder name back to "plugins".
Sign in to WP Admin. All plugins should be deactivated now. Please activate them one by one to find the plugin causing the issue and remove it.

Notes:

You can also rename the themes folder to rule out the issue caused by a specific theme. Renaming the folder will not deactivate themes.
