Overview

On the Overview page of Proactive Care, you can:

  • Check the connection status between your Synology NAS and the Proactive Care server.
  • View the details of the technical support forms in progress, including the ticket number and its expected close date.
  • Check recent and unresolved system issues.

Note:

  • For each detected issue, its severity can be categorized as either "warning" or "critical". You will only see the expected close date when the issues are at warning level. If Proactive Care detects critical issues in your system, you will not see an expected close date, as Synology Technical Support will contact you and fix the issue directly.

Issues to be Resolved

A technical ticket may contain more than one issue. All the unresolved issues will be listed in this section. When Proactive Care detects that an issue has been resolved, it will no longer appear here.
