Report

You can send daily reports about the status of Synology Mail Server on the previous day to a specified email address. The report will include summaries of hourly traffic, delivered/received messages, deferred/rejected messages, SMTP delivery failures, warnings and the number of senders and recipients.

To send daily reports:

  1. Tick Enable daily report.
  2. Specify the time and the recipient's email address.
  3. Choose the service provider of your email account, and then enter the account and password. Reports will be sent from this email address.
  4. If you choose Custom SMTP server as the service provider, please enter the SMTP server and port, and then tick the checkboxes if you want to enable authentication or SSL/TLS secure connection.
  5. Click OK to apply the settings.
