Queue

This page provides the following information of emails in the queue: the date and time an email entered the queue; the sender and the recipient; and the reason why an email is in the queue.

Viewing the Mail Queue

The definition of each status is as follows:

  • Hold: The email is to be processed.
  • Active: The email is being processed.
  • Deferred: The system fails to deliver the email and will resend it later. A deferred message will be returned to the sender if the system fails to redeliver it during the following five days.
    You can check the Description column to see the causes of the delivery problems. Note that a single email cannot exceed 2 GB in size.

Managing the Mail Queue

You can clear or try to resend all emails at once. You can also search sender, recipient, or description to find a certain email and apply the desired action to it.
