Preset Position

To configure preset positions, select your PTZ camera in IP Camera, click PTZ Control from the Application panel at the bottom of the page, and go to the Preset Position page.

To add a preset position:

  1. Click .
  2. Name the preset position.
  3. If available, adjust the moving speed.
  4. Use the on-screen PTZ cursor to adjust the viewing angle.
  5. Click Apply.

To move to a preset position:

Select a preset position. The camera will move to the selected viewing angle automatically.

To edit the Home position:

  1. Click Home.
  2. Use the on-screen PTZ cursor to adjust the viewing angle.
  3. Click Apply.

To assign a preset position as the Home position:

  1. Click Home.
  2. Select a preset position from the Position drop-down menu.
  3. Click Apply.

Note:

  • The Home position settings will only appear if your camera supports the features.
  • The default option does not reset the Home position to the current viewing angle but restores it to the camera's default position.

To delete a preset position:

Select a preset position and click .
