Preferences

In Personal Settings > Personal > Preferences, you can customize login and logout settings and reset your Surveillance Station desktop.

To customize login and logout settings:

  1. Tick the following checkboxes to enable the functions:
    • Do not show leave confirmation dialog: No confirmation dialog will appear when you close the browser window.
    • Restore previous session windows upon login: Relaunch all the running applications in your current session the next time you sign in or refresh the browser window.
    • Run the application below upon login: Run the application selected from the drop-down menu in a maximized window the next time you sign in or refresh the browser window.
  2. Click Apply.

To set the time display source:

Select an option from the Time display source drop-down menu.

Note:

  • If you select Client, make sure the time set on your client device is correct to avoid errors.

To reset Surveillance Station desktop to default:

Click Reset Desktop. The current window sizes and locations, shortcut arrangement, applications pinned to the taskbar, and watermark settings will be removed.
