Synology Directory Server
Synology Directory Server allows you to manage domain accounts and resources over Samba. It supports commonly used Windows Active Directory (AD) features, such as organizational units (OUs), group policies, Kerberos authentication, and the deployment of diverse client devices. With Synology Directory Server, you can securely develop a directory database, manage user accounts, and deploy devices based on your organization structure.
Note:
- Synology Directory Server is the upgraded version of Active Directory Server, not LDAP Server (formerly named Directory Server).
