Surveillance Station Requirements

The Surveillance Station web-based interface uses HTML5 to stream videos. No plugins are required to watch live feeds and recordings. Features including sequential layout, multiple streams, and image enhancement are also available.

Surveillance Station Web Player on Google Chrome

Surveillance Station's web player is most compatible with Google Chrome. You can use other browsers such as Safari or Firefox, but the stability might not be optimal and we cannot guarantee technical support.

Limitations:

  • The player only supports H.264, H.264+, H.265, H.265+, and MJPEG video format.
  • Monitor Center layouts support 100 channels at most.
  • Smart Search is not supported.
