Resolution
- Double click Synology Drive Client on your computer desktop or the system tray to open the setup window.
- Do either of the following:
- First-time users: Click Start Now, connect to your Synology NAS, and follow the wizard to create a Sync Task.
- Current users: Go to the Sync Task page, click Create, and connect to your Synology NAS.
- Select the Synology Photos folder you want to sync.
- To sync your Personal Space, select /home/Photos.1 You first need to enable the user home service at DSM > Control Panel > User & Group > Advanced.
- To sync folders in the Shared Space, select a folder under /photo. You first need to enable /photo as a team folder at DSM > Synology Drive Admin Console > Team Folder.

Once the sync task is set up, photos in the appointed folders will be synced automatically. You can add photos and manage folders in either folder. The files and folder structure will be identical.
Notes:

If your Synology Drive Server was updated from an older version, and you want to sync the /home/Photos folder, do the following:
- Go to DSM > Synology Drive Admin Console > Team Folder.
- Select My Drive and click Convert.
